We are a fast-growing private swimming school with locations in Eindhoven, Geldrop, Mierlo and our brand new location in Tilburg. Our diverse and enthusiastic team is committed every day to teaching children to swim with pleasure, so that they become independent and safe to swim. Are you the top performer we are looking for?

As a coordinator at our swimming school, you will play a crucial role in both guiding our colleagues and supporting our young swimmers. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from swimming lessons to daily communication with parents and caregivers. With your energy and passion for the profession, you will help our swimming school to new heights.

What will you do?

• You guide your colleagues in giving swimming lessons
• You give swimming lessons to groups of up to 6 children
• Thinking along and helping during the preparations for the swimming lessons
• You are the point of contact for our customers
• You are committed to the children who need that extra bit of help
• Thinking about improving swimming lessons
• Possibility to give swimming lessons to adults
• A weekly consultation with the swimming instructors and with the coordinators
• Option to perform administrative tasks

What do we ask of you?

• You are available between 3-38 hours
• You can teach at our locations in Geldrop, Eindhoven and Mierlo (Tilburg, under option)
• You are available on weekdays/evenings and/or weekends
• You have knowledge of swimming techniques
• You have the diploma of swimming instructor ABC
